Welcome to the website https://extendomodules.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

This document constitutes a Public Offer (Agreement) between the Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Executor" or "We") and any individual or legal entity visiting the Website or purchasing Software (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Client").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or purchasing digital products. By placing an order or using any part of the Website, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the Website.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

  • Website — the internet resource located at https://extendomodules.com/, including all its pages and subdomains.
  • Software (Product / Module) — digital goods (extension modules, plugins, scripts) offered for sale on the Website.
  • User / Client — any legally capable person who visits the Website, downloads materials, or places an order.
  • License — the right to use the Product under specific conditions, granted to the Client upon successful payment.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Executor provides the Client with access to the Website and the opportunity to purchase Licenses for the use of the Software (modules) under the conditions described in this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", and the Civil Code of Ukraine.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. Orders are placed by the Client independently through the Website's shopping cart or by registering a Personal Account.

3.2. The Client undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date data (name, email, contact details) when placing an order.

3.3. Prices for the Products are indicated on the Website and may be changed by the Executor unilaterally prior to payment.

3.4. Payment is made using the integrated payment systems available on the Website. The Product is considered paid from the moment the funds are successfully credited to the Executor's account.

3.5. Immediately after successful payment, the Client receives access to download the Product in their Personal Account or via a link sent to the specified email address.

4. LICENSING TERMS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. All source codes, graphic materials, website design, and Products (modules) are the intellectual property of the Executor and are protected by copyright laws.

4.2. Unless otherwise specified, purchasing a Product grants the Client a Limited Non-Exclusive License (hereinafter referred to as the "License") to use one copy of the Product on one (1) domain name (one web instance of the website).

4.3. The User is strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, renting, sublicensing, or distributing the Products to third parties for free.
  • Using the Product on more websites than permitted by the purchased License.
  • Removing or modifying copyright notices (if any are present in the source code or interface) without the author's prior consent.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and international e-commerce standards, digital goods (software delivered via electronic download) are non-refundable once the download link becomes available to the Client, as such goods are considered products with instant consumption.

5.2. Refunds are possible in exceptional cases solely at the discretion of the Website Administration if:

  • The Product proves to be completely non-functional in the specified environment (technical requirements are listed on the product page), and the technical support service is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days from the date of the Client's request.
  • The Product was not downloaded by the Client (the fact of downloading is verified and recorded by the website's system logs).

6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES

6.1. The period for providing free updates and technical support is determined by the tariff or Product description on the Website (typically 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase). After this period expires, access to support and new versions may require a paid renewal.

6.2. Technical support is provided exclusively for errors that occur in the base (unmodified) code of the Product within the standard environment of compatible CMS platforms.

6.3. The Executor is not responsible for conflicts between the Product and third-party modules or themes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Software is provided on an "As Is" basis. The Executor does not guarantee that the Product will fully meet the Client's subjective expectations or operate error-free in non-standard server configurations.

7.2. Under no circumstances shall the Executor be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, data leaks, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

7.3. The maximum financial liability of the Executor to the Client cannot exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific Product.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. The processing of Clients' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", as well as GDPR (where applicable).

9. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally without prior notice to Users.

9.2. The new version of the Terms takes effect upon its publication on this page. The Client is responsible for independently checking the relevance of the terms.
