Since our Website sells digital goods (intangible software) delivered via internet download, the refund process has specific conditions. Please review our rules below.
1. General Rule (Instant Consumption)
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and international e-commerce standards, digital goods of proper quality are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link becomes available to the Client in their Personal Account or has been sent via email.
This is because the product is considered used immediately after access to its source code is granted.
2. Exceptions: When a Refund is Possible
We are ready to issue a 100% refund of the product cost in the following cases:

The product was not downloaded: If you purchased a module by mistake but have never downloaded it (the fact of downloading is automatically recorded by our system logs), we will issue a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Critical Error (Non-functionality): If the module completely or partially fails to work on your website, and our technical support service cannot resolve this issue within 7 business days from the date of your request.
3. When a Refund is NOT Issued
Refunds are not possible if:

You changed your mind about the purchase (“I no longer need it”, “I found another solution”, etc.).

The module does not work because your server or CMS version does not meet the minimum technical requirements clearly stated on the product description page.

A compatibility conflict occurs with modules or themes from third-party developers (we are only responsible for the operation of our module on a clean/standard version of the CMS).

You independently made modifications to the module's source code, which led to its failure.
4. Refund Request Procedure
If your case meets the conditions of Section 2, please follow these steps:

Write to us via email: info@extendomodules.com or use the Contact Form.

Specify the order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the name of the module.

Be sure to provide a detailed description of the problem (preferably with screenshots of errors or server logs) so that technical support can assist you.
Refund requests are processed within 3 business days. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the same payment card or account from which the payment was made within 5-10 banking days (depending on your bank).
