Which PrestaShop versions are supported?

The supported PrestaShop and PHP versions are listed separately on every product page. Compatibility may differ between modules depending on the functionality they use.

Do I need technical knowledge to install the modules?

Most modules are installed through the standard PrestaShop module manager and configured from the back office. Some server-dependent features may require support from a hosting provider or developer.

Can I use one licence on multiple domains?

A commercial licence is registered for one production domain. Separate production stores normally require separate licences.

Does the licence expire?

No. The commercial licence is lifetime for the registered domain. The included update and support periods are separate from the licence duration.

How long are free updates included?

Commercial modules include one year of free updates after purchase. Update access can later be renewed at a discounted price.

What happens when the update period ends?

The registered module continues to work. However, new versions, compatibility updates, and newly released improvements require an active update period.

Can an unregistered module be used?

Where supported, an unregistered module can operate in a limited base mode. Registration unlocks the complete commercial functionality.

Is support included?

Email support and verified bug fixes are included during the applicable support period. Exact support conditions are provided on the product page.

Are the modules compatible with multistore and multilingual shops?

Modules are developed with multistore and multilingual compatibility in mind. The exact level of support depends on the module and is stated in its product documentation.

Do you develop custom PrestaShop modules?

Custom module development may be available for projects with clearly defined requirements. Requests are evaluated individually.
